Fragment Friday

1.    It's a beautiful day out for November, warm and sunny. Maybe the rest of the leaves will fall from the trees so I can rake before the snow.
2.    Looking forward to a fiber artists gathering this weekend. Knitters, spinners, weavers all in one place sharing techniques and food and fun.
3.    The drawback to all the leaves on the ground? Balls are hard to see. The dogs suggested I open a new can of bright green tennis balls for fetch.
4.     Debating what color to paint my living room. I have cans of burnt orange paint I bought last time I got the urge. Not so sure on that color this urge around.
5.     Never thought I'd see the day I could walk out of a bookstore with nothing. Hope our local bookstore's expansion includes more (and newer) books...

I love repainting! That's one of my favorite things to do when I'm stuck in other areas of my life. And I painted my office a love rich orange (one of my favorite colors) a while back and found that it's the perfect color to be surrounded by while I work. Living rooms are tougher, though. Warm or cool? Soft or loud? Invigorating or restful? Enjoy the process.

Use the unused orange paint on the Corgis, they'll be easier to see in the snow.

Re #5.....miracles do happen!

Kathleen - I enjoy the process by procrastinating about doing it at all...

This urge around.

Nice turn of phrase.

We got an unusual dry November here, too. None of the common rain storms - maybe it's because I bought waterproof trousers and a jacket. :P

You could teach the corgies to herd the leaves together, like their big brothers do with sheep.

Stag - thanks!

Gabriele - the Corgis herd cats, which I consider a feat in itself. Leaves they like to just jump in.
