Citizens of the Basement, Redux

Some more pictures of the underworld dwellers. I've been trying to figure out who's in charge. The cape buffalo looked the meanest, but some of these others could give him a run for his money...

Grizzly Bear

Wild Boar

American Bison

African Antelope

There are some quieter residents down in the basement, next time I'll try and give the antelope herd its due. Of course, the cutest citizens don't live in the basement, but roam the high plains of the front yard. This one is for my brother, who is an advocate for More Corgi Publicity Photos.

What to do during those dog days of August? Loll in the front yard and watch the world go by, of course.

The corgies are too cute.

But those things in the basement? You should give them to a museum. :)

Not my basement, thank doG. :) The owner is a hunter, of course. He's killed things on 4 continents. Only chance I'll get to draw them without going to the museum, or zoo, or heaven forbid, out into the wild!

Your new fascination with taxidermy and lurking in basements could be a sequel to a popular movie,we'll title it "Silence of the Corgis"

Have you gotten your Masters in Entomology yet?

I haven't read all of Tolkien, so no masters in 'Ents' yet. Just elves.

Don't blame me, Bro, I was scared by what lurked in the basement as a child. (as in 21 High)

Were there taxidermed trolls at 21 High... the ones that didn't have a GPS to escape? I am starting to get a better picture of the family....

Why yes, -Moose, I do recall gruff, trollish folk in the house. :)
I never noticed YOU hanging out in the basement very long either!
