Bifocals
by Constance Brewer

A lens
in my eye
glass frame
is loose. Like
a shot-glass
window
in a derelict
house, it
........rattles
and
threatens
to.........fall.

This is excellent, I like it for its brevity and I can relate to it too. I've had glasses fall apart on me!

I love this. I get the sense of panic at being unable to see.

I've been there too. I love the simile and the dislocated form of the poem

I've enjoyed this refreshing short poem along with others on your page, especially "Fractured" and "Zero Gravity."

Cheers.
