And Then It Was Mid May

--and nobody thought to tell me, or pay my bills for me, or whap me upside the head with a cluestick because really, despite insistence to the contrary, it really is all about Me.

On the other hand, Graduation is - really, really soon. How could I not have noticed?

Whilst I go scurry about doing things I forgot to do before the middle of May, here's some pictures to keep you entertained. I'll be back soon with an actual post. (I hope)

First, a rare sighting of a 6-legged Corgi! It happens to be sporting the dreaded black bunny butt. I snapped a pic, quick like, before the Fringe-y apparition disappeared.

Merlin in one of the few times he paused while playing fetch. He goes until that tongue hangs to his knees. Hey! For a Corgi that's a long way.

A tired Corgi is a happy Corgi . . .

Would you like to know what that is all over Max's back? Really? You really want to know? Are you sure? Slobber. Merlin slobber and spit to be precise. Merlin likes to chew on Max as Max runs with the ball. Ewwwwwwwwww. Since Max gets the ball 8 out of 10 times, the slobber adds up. Luckily, it brushes out. Eww.

Anubis' take on the slobber?
"Merlin, dude, seriously. Knock it off, it's like, gross."

"Throw the ball! Throw the ball! C'mon, throw it! Throw the ball. Now!----

How about now? Now! Throw the -- Oooh, look, a bird!"

And finally, some apple blossoms from my front yard tree. Apparently, a day of snow, rain, sleet and hail didn't even phase them. More than I can say for some mailpersons. Where oh where is my package??

And no, it's not a Batman decoder ring.

It's a surprise. For me.

So there.

Lol, those corgies are always too cute for their own good. Makes you wonder who really rules the UK. ;)

American Idle has spoken.

Cute or what? Can they do eight-legged, like Odin's horse?

Constance Brewer said...

American Idle - would that be some kind of state worker by chance??
And Anubis is disinclined to acquiesce to your request...

Carla - need a side shot for an 8 legged Corgi. They tend to run straight at me to give me the ball to throw!
