Fragment Friday

"Hey, How's your Friday goin'?"

Fragment Friday

1.       How come the cats come running at the sound of a can opener when all they’ve ever had is pop top canned cat food?

2.       Someone at work gave me a plant for my office. Apparently my reputation for a brown thumb has not preceded me.

3.       The red winged blackbirds serenaded me as I played bouncy ball with the dogs the other day. Even after I slipped and smashed the ball against the house. They just kept singing. Probably to keep from laughing.

4.       Ah, spring baseball. When your team is not so far out of first place that you can pretend they have a chance…

5.       The crabapple tree put out a few tentative blossoms. I’m sure I’ll walk out one day and the whole tree will have bloomed overnight.

"The key to Bouncy Ball is paying attention..."

"Look, in the grass, it's a bird, it's a plane, no, it's Super Merlin!"

I hate it whenever I run across corgi pics on the internet. It means I'm not going to get anything done that day.

Best cat photo ever!! And the corgis are cute, as always. :-)
I'm sure the birds wouldn't really laugh at you.

New caption for cat pic;

"How would YOU like to have to live with two spoiled Corgis who can do no wrong?"

Kris,

Looking at Corgi pics is a very important use of our time. Our economy depends on it!

Kathleen - I can't get that cat to pose, he just shoves his face in the camera. And corgis are hard not to take a good picture of, luckily.

Anon,
There are things we think we don't say aloud...

And Anubis gets his share of spoiling. We let him live with two Corgis, don't we?!

Yes....I'm sure Anubis counts his lucky stars every night.
He probably has to smoke catnip to cope.

Anubis can't count to two, and he's definitely a catniphead, but I don't think it's those sweet, innocent Corgis that caused it...
